5-Year Extended Warranty:
The 5-year extended warranty is available exclusively for Optiadaptix lenses purchased within the original order and covers defects in materials or workmanship, providing replacement only. This warranty does not include refunds and is not applicable to separately purchased warranties or products, even if purchased by the same buyer, within any timeframe. It also does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or general dissatisfaction. Replacements will be issued while the company remains operational; if OptiAdaptix ceases to exist, there will be no obligation for compensation. Return Process:
1. Provide Proof of Issue: Email clear photos and/or videos showing the condition of the item and any issues, including damage or defects, with explaination.

3. Replacement: Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
4. No Return Shipping Needed: You do not need to return the item. We will resolve the issue based on the provided evidence.

Late or Missing Refunds
